I’ve been taking these after heavier meals and the gas and bloating I used to deal with are pretty much gone now. They chew up fast with a nice orange taste, and the xylitol sweetness doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste. Downside is I wish the bottle were bigger, but it’s been worth it.
The orange flavor is genuinely pleasant, not chalky like most enzyme chews I've tried. I've been taking one after my heavier lunches and the bloating and sluggish feeling are noticeably gone within an hour.
