Eva ★★★★★

The EAA and electrolyte blend kept me steady through my 16-hour window without any jittery crash, and the gut support was a nice bonus. I mixed it with just water and it dissolved cleanly enough, which is more than I can say for other fasting powders I’ve tried.

Eva ★★★★★

Felt a real difference in my energy during a 20-hour fast — the electrolyte blend kept me hydrated without that jittery feeling. The unflavored EAA mix dissolves clean in water, which I appreciate since I’m picky about chalky textures.

William N. ★★★★★

The fiber in this has been a game-changer for my fasting days—my stomach stays quiet and settled through the whole 16 hours. I mix it with water and the electrolytes keep me from feeling that afternoon crash. Felt noticeably better by day three.
