My gut has felt noticeably calmer since I started these, and the fact that 10 billion CFU is guaranteed per dose gives me peace of mind. The capsule even survived my stomach without any bloating, which is more than I can say for other probiotics I've tried.
I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and my digestion feels noticeably smoother, especially after heavy meals. The 8 strain blend seems to do the job, and I like that the capsules are guaranteed to survive stomach acid.
I've tried a lot of probiotics that never made it past my stomach, but these actually seem to survive—no bloating or weird side effects, just regular digestion. The 8 noncompetitive strains make a noticeable difference in how I feel after meals, and I'm on my second bottle.
