Magnez Motion

The blend of three magnesium types is a smart touch, and the glycinate portion seems to do its job—my muscle soreness after workouts has definitely eased up. I just wish the capsules were a bit smaller, but it's a minor thing for the results I'm getting.

Two weeks in and my knees don't announce themselves every time I stand up. The magnesium glycinate part is doing something right, and the absorption claim seems legit since I actually feel it working.

Waking up without that stiff lower back is a noticeable shift, and the glycinate form seems to do the heavy lifting for my evening wind-down. It's been about three weeks and I feel more solid through my workouts without any gut upset.
