Took this before lunch for a week and the 5-in-1 blend handles the fiber and carbs without any bloating. Even on days I eat a lighter meal, it’s noticeably easier to digest.
My stomach feels calmer after meals now, which is exactly what I needed since I eat smaller portions. The 5-in-1 blend covering fat, fiber, carbs, and enzymes is a solid combo without feeling heavy.
I was a bit hesitant to try another enzyme supplement, but the 5-in-1 formula that targets fat, fiber, and carbs in one capsule is exactly what I needed. It's gentle enough for my sensitive stomach, even with smaller meals. I've noticed less bloating after lunch, which is a win in my book.
