The chewable dissolves fast, so I can pop one right after dinner without feeling like I’m chewing a tablet. The minty papaya taste actually makes me look forward to it, and my stomach feels settled even after a heavy meal.
The papaya-mint flavor is surprisingly refreshing, not at all chalky like some chewables I've tried. Having the Thera-blend enzymes in there feels like a step up from the basic papaya tablets I used to buy.
I’ve been chewing one after dinner every night and it genuinely settles my stomach without that chalky texture I’m used to from other papaya tablets. The mint note keeps my breath fresh, which is a bonus I didn’t expect.
