My gut feels calmer and more settled since I started this, and my afternoon brain fog has noticeably lifted. The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn’t leave any aftertaste, which is a win for me.

I’ve been taking this daily after breakfast and my gut feels noticeably calmer, plus my afternoon energy doesn’t crash like it used to. The enzyme efficiency boost is subtle but real — meals just sit lighter now.
